DIGIWE manages all of the projects according to the AGILE methodology, where knowledge, skills, tools and techniques are used, in order to guarantee that all project objectives are met.


Our methodology is based on the Project Management Institute principles, PMI, but we frequently adapt those principles to the project, coupling it with another methodology such as SCRUM (Agile Project Management). All TIMWE Group’s projects are managed by clearly defining and integrating all management processes, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control and Closure. 


Our Project Manager is the person responsible to ensure all these processes are followed. Throughout the project DIGIWE focuses on:


  • Scope definition and clarification;
  • Definition of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable/Achievable, Realistic, Tangible/Timed) objectives;
  • Managing all project constraints – scope, time, cost, quality, risk and resources.

In order to ensure a successful implementation and subsequent day to day management of the project, DIGIWE deploys multifunctional teams composed by experts, both from and regional, local offices. These teams are composed by experts with commercial, marketing and technical backgrounds.
